In the first two months of coming to market, Legacy Village has sold over
55 townhome and condominium units in the first two phases of the residential
section of the master planned development.
Phase III has just been released for sale and will have a similar mix
of townhomes, condominiums and lofts in a courtyard setting.
Legacy Village is a master planned mixed-use development located at the
entrance to the Lowe’s Headquarters and adjacent to Lake Norman
Regional Hospital in the rapidly growing and dynamic city of Mooresville
in North Carolina.
